Interesting article.. Gud to note that you have observed the GAME being getting PLAYed over! :)

GAME is same everywhere! Whether GAME is PLAYed in Equity, Land, Oil or GOLD :)

Manipulation and Hype is required for DUMPing those land just like DUMPing of Oil was required around 150 or equity around 21000 :) It is well know fact that it is CHEAPER to BUY home with better facilities in developed countries that in India! :)

Anyway, nick CallSpadeASpade sounds good! A very few BS experts Call Spade A Spade! :)

About 48% of the high net worth individuals (HNIs), both in India and abroad, with investable assets ranging from 500,000 pounds to 30 million pounds (Rs 4 crore - Rs 240 crore), is looking to increase allocation to realty in the next 12 months, according to a report released by Barclays in association with the Economist Intelligence Unit.

According to the honourable Power Secretary, India cannot remain isolated on coal prices and domestic prices of the fuel must rise in line with global trend.

I would like to ask here one question, why can’t the coal prices in India remain where they are and why should they follow the global trend? National resources should be prices with respect to national interest. The more you make them expensive, the more you have to spend for utilizing them. If you want to make them follow global prices, then why only with coal, why not with iron, steel, crude oil, rice, sugar etc. Why so much affection with coal only. Policy should be same for all.
