In any western democracy the Finance Minister and the Petroleum Minister would have resigned over their failures as would the counterparts of the RBI Governor.
Here the only two instances in our history of 60 years as a democracy are the late Lal Bahadur Shastry & the late Madho Rao Scindia.
If the two ministers - Chidambaram & Deora will not resign why haven\\`t the pair been scalped yet. The RBI Guv looks headed for an extension of his term in office which is his \\\\
