Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company, which was scheduled to be held on July 01, 2008 for the purpose of approving allotment of 1325000 Share Warrants on Preferential Basis, has been cancelled due to sudden heavy rainfall. Now, the said meeting will be held on July 04, 2008.
