When a stranger enters a village and never talks to anyone but carries with his routines,there would be different kinds of reactions from the other people
First they would be ridiculing him and making fun of him to make him speak.
If that fails,
They would fear him and spread rumours that he has come to the village with a conspiracy.Accordingly all his actions would be viewed with suspicion.
If that also fails,
They would start worshiping him as a saint who is going to solve all their problems Accordingly all his actions would be viewed with awe
Paddu is the stranger and we are the villagers and are in the II stage.Efforts are being made by some well wishers to take us in to the III stage

My Take on this is slightly different. How many people have prayed to God and how many have their wishes granted? (LOL)
The day before SKotak`s ID was crying to the Mod to get me off his tail. (ROFL)
Lo and Behold in the morning the Mod Answered his prayers and issued a warning. Now the criminal is cooling his heels waiting to start the next round of abuse.
So lets put it this way. God is there or not there, the Mod is there (ROFL) for racketeers.
Both God and Mod are not there for genuine investors.

when u mention acquisition of logicacmg by TD r u referring to the Logica. I cant believe it. It is possible that a miniscule section of logica may have been parted with by them for consolidation of core business. TD does not have the capacity to acquire that Logica which is generally referred to, but vice versa can be true though wishful thinking at present. Those who are well to do can afford to buy more of TD to average out but for others who are hard up it will be suicidal to risk it in present market conditions.

dear ortho,
in this market technicals along with fundamentals has gone for a toss.The market it seems is paying for the excesses of the bull run.Ifci and sujana, i have exited long back,one with substantial profit and the other with a small loss.
However in this stock i am still stuck as some of its siblings are unborn even after the due date.Lets hope they are not still born. LOL
I firmly belive in the adage" sell when there is euphoria and buy when there is blood bath".So here we go..........
Udupi is fine my friend but for stray incidence of fanatics attacking churches and rogue organizations claiming to represent this or that, creating unnecessary ruckus.
But then boisterous "know alls" who think they are larger then everything, exist everywhere.Dont they?

teledata technology solution`s (TTSL) , the co yet to be listed, financials have come under official secrets act and are not to be disclosed. The reason is :
teledata informatics has 6 cr shares ie 41 % of TTSL shares. If TTSL lists at say Rs. 100 then that is equivalent to 100 * 6 = Rs. 600 cr. With Teledata infos 20 cr equity shares it makes 600/20 = Rs 30 / share.
Thus if TTSL lists at 100 TD moves up 30 due to it
It TTSL lists at 200 TD moves up 60 due to it.
and so on.
Teledata info has only 0.5 cr shares of teledata marine, another co to be listed. its listing price will make not significant effect on TD price. Calculation can be done as done above. So it`s financials have been revealed by promoter paddu
It is interesting to note that TTSLs last known financial ages ago was annualised eps of 6. After this it acquired abaris, logicacmg,etc. esys is a joker in the pack. With whom it will be attached TTSL or TD we may know shortly.

You can start buying after the last persumed correction on monday. If you have confidence in scrip, & if you feel the cause of all bloodletting was fii`s., & it will regain lost ground, after the Gora`s have abondoned our shores. Time & price will tempt you to buy this.
I have no interest in stock but seeing its popularity & sentiments of many attached with scrip , it is bound to show a meaning ful bounce very soon, & at this price , even total loss risk is peanuts compared to its rewards. And ofcourse the stock mkt is all about rewards & risks. If you cant risk now, you can never beat the mkt. ...

There is 199% chance to see this in penny level as the motive behind this to drive out the FII RA**CALs fully out of this stock.
In the past..( @96 ), it was observed that these FIIs were impediments in the process of manipulating the stock upper side.
So.., what I would sugsest is to wait to enter at when the FIIs are fully out of this scrip.

`Please take Teledata to blue chips level, within a year`
and
NOT
`Please take all blue chips to Teledata level, within a year`

Kindly clarify the following:
I find SRF promoters have bought some good qty of (their)shares in the secondary market yesterday, as announced by the stock exchanges.
Why many cos do not follow this?When their shares are going at such a low price and they see the value,why don`t they buy from the mkt, which would also act as a morale booster for the retail investors?
What are the rules governing this and is there any lock in period for shares procured this way?

Madam, do you remember --- I was warning all TD blind bulls about the danger ahead...last year and again during re-listing time.
It is very sad that good & experienced people like you closed your eyes and ears together...
Any how, you investors - it is better to be prepared for the worst... Why the AGM date was postponed..??? It is possible that investors may get very to very very bad shocking news from TD ---
If you investors has the guts, then take the TD management to court and get the accounts / business transactions investigated... It can be done only thro collective willingness of all of you.

Even sbalu is frustrated... his latest message says MARKET HAS FOOLED EVERYONE... did u read it... its really sad to see longterm investors feeling so dejected. The govt should do something isnt there a plan at all to protect investor`s wealth in stockmarkets.. i am sure we can come up with something...
At least whenever a stock goes up more than its growth rate the minstry should send out a warning to innocent investors. And if a company has gone under or not listed or has altogether vanished then the govt has a bigger responsibility.
If even 50% of losses have been becoz of vanishing companies then the janata should revolt
The investor mutiny of 2008.. lol lol
They should take the govt to task and get to behave responsible at least as far as vanishing companies go and where companies have not listed for more than a year of erasing face value like TELEDATA

there was a huge 1000 + swing in dow on friday. finally it settled -128. Nashdaq also had HUGE swing. finally it closed positive. Does it signify anything ? hmmmmmm..... come on think of it teledata also had 40 % swing few days back. It seems its swinging times ....harharhar...
