The retail arm of the Tata Group, Trent has lined up Rs 20 billion investment plan for setting up 50 hypermarkets, Star Bazaar over the next five years, reports Business Standard.

Trent aims to expand to 100 stores across formats by financial year 2010.

The money for the proposed expansion will be raised through internal accruals only
