dear googol,

After a long time, i opened the moneycontrol site in the morning. To see that subtle and pleasant humour which was put in such a nice way in nice words is simply a pleaseant surprise.

Wish god will give you full 100 years of life with full health atleast to make other souls happy.

regards

PS:The dumb person in me couldnt understand how could you make it that was an IPO at 42 and not an FPO 42....

RN,

Thats the limit.. LOL

Given an opportunity, you would even perform an open heart surgery thro` chatting... ;-))

You are the only Indian who is enjoying our Constitutional rights for freedom to the max.extent.

That your neighbour came with IPO at the age of 42 is more sensational than TCS moving towards its IPO price.!

Thank God I am not your neighbour!! LOL

You want to discuss Nifty to Naidu Hall in an open forum!!

I make an appeal to all boarders

The moment you mention something about your income or property,in any of your messages, send a copy of your CV to RN thro` PM.That would save you of a lot of time

And RN you were mentioning about Kannadigas being dull and lazy.

Obviously!

The entire stock of liveliness and enthuse have been Gifted away to one Kannadiga called Radhika!

PS:Was it a normal delivery or caesarian?

do not talk of day dreams. I don`t know how you can dare it out. We had given target of around 300 when ICICI Bank was quoting at around 764. Are these day dreams. ICICI Bank can provide sleepless nights for it`s investors going forward. Do not talk of day dreams because horror show for day have seen by all the investors. Though this is short term trading opportunity. Long-term investors should not enter ICICI Bank as stock can suffer further setbacks going forward (over period of one year)...

don`t be in dreams. ICICI bank & all pvt & psu banks will have to consolidate. actully slow down is good for environment as it reduces pollution. consider this as one type of costly asset. over years people have forgotton this asset & try to live unnatural life.

I agree vkk. And do you notice, the persons throwing the most abuse at us mostly login as guests as they dont want to be embarrased at a later date. At least we are identifying ourselves & ready to face the music if we go wrong....

In case of other shares, one can sell at any time even at a loss and many investors hv got out at different levels, but here nobody can sell their shares even if they like. That is the main problem. When market recovers, if these scrips also gain, then one can take a chance but not until then. Thanks for yr views. It also depends upon how much risk u can take with these scrips.

WhatsUP,

I think US becoming the manufacturing hub of the World again looks remote. For High Tech fields it is very likely though.Anyway Thanks for your inputs to the general discussion.

GoldChest:

In the recent selling of treasury bills there were no buyers..
Which means people are not buying US treasuries.. infact the rate of return on T Bills has increased in the last couple of days..

The reason the dollar is strengthing is due to the fact that most of the global trade is done in dollars and you need dollars to buy and sell.. in todays market there are no buyers and sellers for dollars as nobody wants to lend them (for the traders to buy and sell so the value of dollar has risen due to demand from traders/exporters)

yes going forward the dollar is worthless.. but I think when the dollar becomes worthless.. US Exporters will swamp the market..

imagine US becoming the manufacturing hub of the World!!!

When the dollar has depreciated Airbus started manufacturing certain parts in US (As long term they see the dollar loosing strength..)

Till now US was the only country happy to spend all that it wants .. (And have a strong Dollar) imagine US being a country that wants to export .. all thet it can just like china and all other countries..
(It will want a weak dollar)

US is directly walking towards the japanese model.. low interest rate.. export oriented.. Infact when the market was collapsing the Fed took some advise from the japanese Central bank and bought all the housing assets.. (Japan did that almost a decade back to make its bank solvent..)

Dollar down.. yes.. how down.. dont think it will be Rs 10 per dollar
I think we (India & other exporting countries) will not be able to withstand a dollar below Rs30-35.

There is also an excessive capacity buildup.. in certain industries.. you can expect those industries to do badly.. as demand destruction is happening as we speak..

Only the strong survive!!!..

=happy investing.

UTV is one share that warrants buying in todays markets, its Disney open offer at 860.79 is on the cards and short term small investors can now buy in the market to avail of the difference in price between market and open offer, however medium and long term holders are not to give in to the open offer as the tie up with Disney will benefit UTV in the medium and long term, it would be prudent for me to mention here that DISNEY has also picked up a 15% stake in UTV GLOBAL BROADCASTING LTD which is a subsidiary of UTV SOFTWARE for a whopping price of 3933 per share WHICH GOES TO SHOW THE VALUE OF THE UTV CONGLOMERATE...

The entire ball-game has changed since the time Awaita took over the company. Also do remember, the other wealth destroyers at least have actual assets that can be sold off whereas this company has nothing more than office space at the moment. And while one can still exit the other wealth destroyers and cap losses, one cannot exit this one so losses in this one can run much longer....

Hi

Cool down!

I think your SOH is waning!

3100 PE is available at 60+

Start accumulating for every 10 fall one lot at least.

Safe guard your PF

Incase mkt goes to 3.8K,sell atleast 30% of your PF

Just some suggestion.

Take it or leave it.

Good Luck...
