GOD forbid this report is not true ,I cannot imagine what will happen to the world economy then. There will be no blood left in the system only skeletons of shares left with no skin on top.

Market sources say that DLF is trying desperately to borrow money, it is paying 3-5% per month !! Yet this company is engaging in a stupid buyback at the same time !!!!!

Property delhi NCR is available on 30-35 percent discount this time ,but donot buy Property for 4-5 years it will fall, because internatinal Funding is close in Real Estate ,there is no money from international banking,
And In usa we can get 3 bed room flat in 1-2 lakhs rs menas in 4-5 thuosand dollar, is there location not good ,?so LOcation ke Jaal mein mat fansna? This bulider haveing lake of money .USA ,UK,EUROPE KYA LOCATION INDIA SE BHEE KARAB JA
MARKET MEIN PAISA NAHI HA ,PAISA HOTA HA TO GAANDHE NAALE PER BHEE PROPERTY BIK JAATI HA
Property price will be fall 50-70 percent ,some Exeprt said it is good time for buy ,but they should tell where from we get money for buying property?if we lost 90 percent moneny in share market and bank r not ready to give loan, property mortgae loan also stopped
Then y some dalal want to cheat investor with help of some media
When market was 13-14 k they said it is bottom and good opprtuniy for buying ,what now it is again lost 4000 point from thats level
So property correction is started now from last 4-5 month and in next year property correction in sept 2009 will be on Peak
,
SO MEAN THING IS THAT THERE IN NO MONEY IN MARKET SO THAT THIS IS VERY VERY BAD TIME FOR INVESTMENT U WILL TRAP LIKE SHARE
AND 30-70 PERCENT CORRECTION IS REMAINING IN PROPERTY in metro DELHI NCR MUMBAI ...

dear soldier,
It is important to understand the business cycles for considering right investment.
Keep watching these counters and other better counters in the next 5 to 7 years.
But by the time it will be too late....
