Price : BSE: Rs 460.40 ( -2.66 % ), NSE: Rs. 459.40 ( -2.78 % )
Hdil, Dlf, Unitech.... all these counters are seeing a major sell off, though the discount in its futures has come down to nil, one has to watch out for next month futures, Shorts building up heavily, Infra/realty has to see bad times for the next 6 months or so, get out of the counter, or if an patient investor, keep buying on dips, but its not advisable to be in this stock till the black clouds clear out, the worst phase would be consolidating phase, which these counters would see from now, where there would be no moment at all, stocks will remain stagnant/dormant till good news starts springing up in the markets. but to be true, tommorrow if there is a hike by the RBI which is most likely, then wise thing to be done is to stay away from markets, let it cool off a bit before one enters.
