Utv Software Communications Limited has informed the Exchange that as per section 192A of the Comapnies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of the Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules 2001, consent of the shareholders is required to be obtained by means of Postal Ballot to amend the terms of warrants issued to Unilazer Exports and Management consultants Limited as more particularly stated in the notice. The Company has posted the notice and postal ballot form on October 07, 2008. The Company has appointed Mr. Sanjay Parab, Practicising Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot in a fair and transparent manner. The duly completed Postal Ballot Form should reach the Scrutinizer on or before the November 07, 2008. The Scrutinizer will submit his final report after the completion of the scrutiny and the results of the Postal Ballot shall be announced by the Chairman or in his absence by any person so authorised by Chairman on November 10, 2008. A copy of notice of the Postal Ballot shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/Common/Corporate Announcements).

These 2 script have not damaged public wealth like dlf,unitech, baja hind, renuka as they are traded in F and O.
In fact I will say its safe investment.

If mkt recovers these scripts will be in upper ckt for 100 days...

Go and scream at othe scripts which destroyed wealth of investors...

I have some relations in Canda and i wanted to know what kind of salaries they earn and their lifestyle at least PKJ is open about these things.. i know u and RAMGE are very secretive about ur finances and salaries, and i respect that and dont pry. Those who say let them.. wahts wrong in asking or knowing.... we have to understand how the rest of the world lives.

Even though the street signs looking bullish on the Markets now, we will see a selling pressure come to every level, as more persons took the stocks at dirt cheap rates, and when they see a 25 % or 30 % rise they can not resist but to sell, This will bring down the market again and again. Religare Hichens Harrison Research has come out with its earning estimates on Banking Sector for the quarter ended September 2008. According to the research firm, ICICI Bank's September quarter net interest income is expected to go up 23.4% at Rs 22040 million (Rs 2204 crore) on YoY basis.
