After going through technicals and company details, Finally I have offloaded my small holding with a profit of 7 rs / share for the new opportunity to enter @ 33 to 35.

if you are ready to wait and bide your time, you will get opportunity to get a decent profit. wait may be long but the stock will certainly go up. this is not the first time that the stock has been rolling in dirt nor will it be last time. this stock has always been like this only. have patience.

why are you asking to exit it is a matter of a month or two investor who remained with this stock since long knows better than you.stock is waiting for promoters to come on board and perhaps for this AGM will be postponed for atleast two to three months.look at dma
its a promoter game.during sept stock will move to thirty levels
before making a upmove. all this to bring down the two hundred dma and take promoter on board with huge holding and lapup shares cheaply in exchange of stake at digihome.nothing wrong with the co it is extremely doing well.once the promotors stake increased you will see crackers and a big dividend package

Management is buying at lower level and this stock will now go up and technically it is going strong now.
