With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 06, 2008, Orbit Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Warrant Conversion Forms are being sent to those Warrant holders as on September 30, 2008, being the specified date. The blank warrant conversion forms are also available on Companys website www.orbitcorp.com and the Registrar & Transfer Agents website www.intimespectrum.com.
Further the Company has informed that, the Warrant holders can exercise the conversion option in the subsequent three conversion period which will be upto the 30th month form the date of allotment i.e. October 05, 2009. The Terms of Issue / Conversion of Warrants are attached herewith for ready reference....

The said warrants are due for conversion from the period commencing from the completion of 18th month from the date of allotment i.e. 3rd April, 2007, of the Equity Shares and Warrants till end of 30th month (i.e. 3rd October 2008 - 5th October, 2009). The first conversion of the warrant exercise period commences from 3rd October, 2008, and ends on 2nd January, 2009". Dear Friends,
Please do not panic in such critical situation. Who have buy this stock at higher level, just wait and watch, b\\`coz u are already in big loss, and cureent price is not advicebal for selling. Ya, if u have spare money to take risk then buy ORBIT at everey fall to make your avarage.
After all this is one of the best company in real astate counter. It has good future story.

When Orbit hits upper circuit or in uptrend. everybody even senior posts as well as normal investor posts his comments to buy this stock, it will rise etc.etc. But when the need is must for normal investor to hold their sentiments, at that time when Orbit Corp. is in downtrend tremendously, there is not even single post for this !! shamelessssss for all senior posts writers. Why don\\`t u posts its clarification who are stuck in this stock at higher levels ?? above 500/- Also let me know the future of this stock in brief and let me know also the bottomline of this stock. Also let me know why this stock zoom 110/- to above 1000/- (3 digits to 4 digits in short span) Pl. i will be very thankful all of u moneycontrol borders if any single will dare to write post. tnx. hv nice day SIR...
