Penta Soft Share FV = Rs.10, Pentamedia share FV = Re 1.

They will convet Pentasoft share to Re 1 first and reduce equity to about Rs.25 cr. Then will give 1 shares of Pentamedia for every 4 shares of Pentasoft. So effectively the equity of Pentasoft will come to Rs.6.5 Cr. The combined equity will be About Rs. 33 Cr. then Chandu will will bring some other gimmick and price of Pentamedia will be manipulated. Another Mayajaal gimmick. Samajh Gaye Naa....

Sasken itself is a very strong Company. Q2 results are in line.Also it has hedged US$ 70 millions @ Rs.42.81 which is equal to Rs. 2996.7 millions ( Rs.299.67 CR). Shares being sold at about 50% of BOOK Value.
Therefore in short term if global condition improve don`t be surprised if market value goes above Rs. 280 but it may take some time. I suggest you accumulate from now on. Samajh Gaye Naa....
