Price : BSE: Rs 521.40 ( 2.90 % ), NSE: Rs. 520.95 ( 2.82 % )
Can someone explain why is Ranbaxy still being actively traded. Those who are buying now shall not be eligible to participate in open offer of Daichi as record date was 27th June. Thus, some one buying now is likely to suffer as post open offer is concluded share value shall get eroded by the premium factored in on account of premium on 1/3rd of shares that can be sold through open offer at 737 vs. CMP at ~520.
