The scrip is being traded in physical form. But as you said there would not be any fake certificates in the market. Usually you will be purchasing through a broker only, being registered your name with broker. If you find any fake certificate you may ask your broker and get rectified. It is true, there is no fake certificates in the market. Please do not blame the company. The company is doing well and it would flourish beyond expectations. The share price may even cross Rs.5000/- within 6 to 8 months period, quite positively. There are very very positive news in the box....

It will be around Rs.4000/- to Rs.5000/- by the time of FY 2009 i.e., April, 2009. The reason is that the company may post around Rs.500/- profit. The EPS would be around Rs.450 - Rs.500/-. With 10 times discounted ratio the price would be around Rs.4000/- to Rs.5000/-. Meanwhile the company may get demat facility for its shares. This would be an added advantage by that time. The iron ore is the only industry flourishing at present time with high margins.

GMR Ferro has been acquired by Cronimet, a German player in conjunction with Dubai investors. It has reported an EPS of Rs 9.91 for the first quarter of FY09 where as the EPS for the whole of FY08 was only Rs 2.19!

As far as my view is concern, sandur is going to rise like averest. it has to touch 5000 by the end of next year. LEt the demat of this scrip start....see by that time. It has wiped out all the losses and this was the only required content from depository. I m sure this is going to touch 5000 by next year end.
