Shree Ganesh Forgings Ltd has informed BSE that due to some serious labour related problems in the factory the Company is not been able to get the Companys accounts (as on March 31, 2008) audited for submission prior to June 30, 2008.

The audit of the accounts are under way and shall be over by the end of July-08....

why is the company not announcing its results for FY-08 and also when are the first quarter results of FY-09 will be announced?? Is the company undergoing any expansion plans??...
