The market conditions have changed a lot in last 6 months. This company has had great run with their projects in south mumbai. But now the land prices are thru the roof. They can not get these margins and growth as in past.

Inflation at peak / interest rates rissing and liquidity drying up faster than one can think of.

For this company to grow at the same rate would be virtually imposible.

Result lower PE of around 7/8 as this is highly capital intensive industry. And eps not growing fast enough. Only if this company parks their cash in more lucrative projects i see the share at close to 180 in 2 months.
