the acquirer of the company is offering 204 per share but cmp is 312 who will opt? suppose he aquires whether he will act like Essar co. and try to de list the scrip.but in the offer ithas been stated that 10 percent minimum for listing arrangement will be maintained let mmb shall advise the future of the scrip
