Cyber Media India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 02, 2008, inter alia, have considered and approved the following with requisite majority:

1. Adoption of Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. Declaration of Final dividend.

3. Re-appointment of Mr. Shyam Malhotra & Mr. Rohit Chand (Directors retiring by rotation) as Directors of the Company.

4. Re-appointment of M/s. N K Goel & Co., Chartered Accountants, (auditors retiring by rotation) as Statutory Auditors of the Company....
