Fiem Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2008, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions:

1. Adoption of Accounts for Financial year 2007-08 with Reports of Board of Directors and auditors thereon.

2. Declaration of Dividend @ 25% on the Equity Shares of the Company.

3. Re-appointment of Retiring Directors, Shri. C S Kothari, Shri K S Lamba, Shri C D Shah & Shri. J S Chandhok.

4. Re-appointment of Auditors and to fix their Remuneration.

5. Re-appointment of Mrs. Seema Jain & Ms. Aanchal Jain, as Whole Time Directors w.e.f. April 01, 2008 for 3 years.

6. Re-appointment of Mr. J S S Rao as Whole Time Director w.e.f. December 01, 2008 for 3 years.

7. Re-appointment of Mr. Pravin Kumar as Whole Time Director w.e.f. October 05, 2008 for 3 years....
