Religare Securities Limited has informed the Exchange with reference to the Public Announcement to the shareholders of California Software Company Limited. The Open Offer for purchase of 24,73,002 Fully Paid-up Equity shares of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs. 100.00 per share of California Software Company Limited ("Calsoft"/"Target Company") representing in aggregate 20.00% of the fully paid up capital of the Target Company by Kemoil Limited ("Acquirer") opened on May 09, 2008 and closed on May 28, 2008. The payment towards consideration for shareholders tendering the shares in the offer has been dispatched on June 11, 2008. Further the Company has submitted a copy of Post Offer Public Announcement as appeared in news paper on June 14, 2008. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/Common/Corporate Announcements).
