California Software Company Limited has informed the Exchange that at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on June 14, 2008 the shareholders of Company approved the following; (a) increase in the borrowing powers limit of Board of Directors of the Company from the excess of companys capital and free reserves by Rs.2.50 Crores to the excess of Companys capital and free reserves by Rs.250 Crores. Further the Company has submitted a copy of minutes of Extra Ordinary General Meeting. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/Common/Corporate Announcements).
