the company has large land bank. it is a 100 years old
company with a small equity of 3.6 crores the land value
will be more than 200 crores. it will be a another
jai corp. now it is time to buy this share...

Yes this is the most undervalued paints company. With a likely topline of Rs 331 cr and EBITDA of Rs 24 cr in FY08 which is growing by 20% the paints business is valuable. On top of it there is considerable real estate in West Bengal, Gurgaon and countrywide. Current Market cap only 120 cr.
