Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on August 30, 2008, shareholders have approved the following items as per notice in addition to other routine agenda items: 1) Declaration of dividend @25% on 21650000 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each. 2) Re-appointment of Mr. S K Arya as Chairman & Managing Director for a period of 5 years w.e.f. June 10, 2008. 3) Regularisation of appointment of Mr. Nishant Arya as Director of the Company....
