Broadcast Initiatives Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2008, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Members have passed an Ordinary Resolution for adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.

2. Member have passed an Ordinary Resolution for re-appointment of Mr. G D Sharma as a Director of the Company, who was liable to retire by rotation at the AGM and being eligible offered himself for re-appointment.

3. Members have passed an Ordinary Resolution for re-appointment of M/s A R Sodha & Co. as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, who shall hold the office upto the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Broadcast Initiatives Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the proceedings of the Annual General Meeting of the company held on September 30, 2008.
