Property/Land prices are falling in India

Understand that Indian realty is falling due to a trend reversal,which will be to 1995 levels,so is the reason for this wash out and recovery takes longer years. Dow closed 1.5% minus on Friday, which means another 500 indian points to wash out, Dow is expected to hit 5700. So what is the condition of Indian market, so there were reason for the FII sellings even at low prices. Take out money and wait for the mass crash, there is no 10000 bottom as predicted by some people. U.S 700b bailout is failed, and the country`s innerself is a BIG HOLLOW. So naturally ones common sense can speak another crash....

Sobha is an excellent script, even though now it will come down to 101 or 90 Rs., in 1 year perspective, it can easily reach 600-800 range. No doubt for it. Time being buy when it hits the bottom, as all infra/reality an hitting bottom. When U.S problems get resolved, the current trend will be reversed. Do not sell this script, its issue price is 650 something like that. In the long term, I am sure this script will go double of the yearly highly. Keep invested, there is nothing much to wash out from sobha, with downtrend, may be it will hit 100 or 90 and return. ...

Yes for the present all investors shud stay away from all realty sector shares. Let us wait for the right time and only thereafter we should think about these shares....

Yes, not to enter in Realty this year, I just noticed from CNBC Analyst that gold prices to double from now and property prices started falling and there is going to be steep fall. In such a scenario, one person in this forum said about 40 can come true. STay away.

It will never fall to 40 rs. That is a nonsense, at the most it may hit 101/- and from there the flight will take off. If it breaks 101 it will fall upto 84 and form strong support. If it falls below that price, BSE and NSE will be closed forever....

Recovery of realty sector would be couple of years from now. So you need patience to wait for, it is a good stock, but can`t say about how much free fall is anticipated, even before closing today, it will be butchered to 101 bottom. Now DLF is holding realty stocks from further falls, no guarantee. total risk now. I have exited at heavy heavy heavy losses, but will enter again if it breaks 101.

Hi ppl i am really worried about ths share. I have 700 shares at an average of Rs 410. Now this share is at 125 and no sign of it stopping is visible. Booking such a huge loss is also not possible. I can hold it for 5 years if required and can buy more if company is not going to burst. Please advise.

It is not an easy to joke to develop such good will and deliver best proejcts on time. The promotor is a well experienced and mutured business person. Even only Shoba existing clients can buy this stock and hold for a long term. I am sure it is only a tempoary bad time for real estate market. This price will touch minimum Rs. 350/- in 2 moths time. I am a buyer of this stock. It is better to sell your land and flat and buy this particulr stock for a big gain in the long run. thanks...

Whatever, the condition of global or indian market, at the most the stock can hit the book value of Rs.135.57 and from their it is bound to shoot up. So dont think about 40 or 100. In the worst condition you will see 136 in the stock.
