Hello Brother , remember that you are in INDIA. Your SEBI and EXCHANGES can not do anything. If they really do their work they have to delist atleast 1000 comapnies,which have already swallowed the poor public hard earned money.
Think when RNRL went to 250 from 40 without any reasonable reason what these people did. Just NSE asked the reason for this burst,but what ANIL answered,NO one kNOWS.
