Hi Turk, thanks for the info. It was msg from Parth Patel that confused me as he said the stock is available at 15% off its year high while it is trading at current price. I would go for Satra Properties as I think over 70 pct of shares are with promoters.

No splits. The factors that played havoc with Prajay are market and the inflation scenario. Then with these two factors out of the way, Prajay still tanked because of its own reasons. The Net Profit and EPS of the company is being wiped out. Compare current results with earlier results. Unfortunately, all websites are still showing a very high EPS (last year's) and hence a very low PE (with current stock prices). It's dangerous, therefore, to state that this is a reasonably priced stock.

Prajay on BSE shows high price at 480 on 27 Dec 07 and low price of 52 on 22 July 08. Did the stock have a split in FV ???, I could not find such info.
