Natco pharma has launched another new drug called as albupax, ooooops it should be as --- natco pharma las launched another version of drug paclitaxal (which is now with new vehicle alumin rather than caster oil).
it sounds like natco has discovered new drug but not they have used the newer type of drug vehicle. and that too drug vehicle is not developed by them.
they have used the technology of this drug vehicle and already available paclitaxal drug for breast cancer. mixed both and launched the new drug.

wow where is the patent of new drug ?- sorry sir, its generic version so they cant be given the patent of it.

in total it will replace the present sale of paclitaxal which has small share in breast cancer treatment. (paclitaxal is not the only medicine used for that).
soon or later other will join the wagon as natco can not maintain the alone generic maker of the same.

now good part is natco may launch many more drugs with this vehicle, so that keeps the hopes alive that natco may gain.

but forex losses are high and their US business is going to drain as price paid was too high.
