I am not a technical person so I won't talk of any charts. Last time I bought this at 73 and sold at 88. It went to 90+ and from there it went down to 68 though it didn't stay there. I have again entered at 73 as I like this number :-) Anyway, why do you think 86 is imp? There are hardly any volumes except on days when it spurts 10%. BTW, if you watch technicals, you should be aware that there were 3 or 4 big volume days in this stock when the stock spurted by 8-10% in a day. In fact, prior to buying at 73, I bought it at 90 and sold at 102. I am not a TA person but I think you need volumes to form technical opinion and the volumes are just not there now ... ...

This MUM may go up or may not. It may go up by some amount for sure but it may not reflect the full rise in price of AP Paper. The reason is these are basically dead investments. Unless promoter is selling out, the value unlocking almost never takes place. Anyway, let's put it aside. I believe this co will play out well and I am holding on. Just
to tell you, I am tracking and occasionally trading in this co since 2005 and currently holding on. The results were good too....

Company is under major consolidation for being long term blue chip company. The top secrets for lower rate is that AP state government is planning to disinvestment from the company which is a promoter along with L N Bangur group. And as per some reliable sources they are intrested to take over govt. stake. For the consideration of price. market value is also most important factor. AS per book value plus currant value, the market price of this share should be more than double. I may also add for your kind information that if this share will be crossed 100marks. Maharaja Umaid Mill will be crosed 200 mark. Because MUM held major stag in the AP Paper. In short they invested in AP Paper multi fold than their own share capital in MUM. Be sure to earn 100% gain within 2Yrs. at CMP. And also invest in Maharaja Umaid Mill but not as textile mill! Real thing is their holding in AP Paper is more important.

This co probably will give you some return only next year - unless something major happens. Basically management is shareholder unfriendly.
So if you get some profit, get out or be prepared for long haul.
