Best of transformer companies have fallen to lows because of possible over-capacity in sector in near term. What does Accurate have that it deserves current valuation ?

Looks like it will reach to par again. Promoter will lose interest if he cannot raise money & trick investors again. Dont be surprised if stock goes into suspension once again.

Yes i agree. But regardless of what happens to the stock price investors should remember that management quality is top priority, whereas this company only has political contacts & settings in SEBs. But sooner than later the quality transformer companies like EMCO , VoltAmp etc will take away SEB business too.

Accurate Transformers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 03, 2008, inter alia, has decided the following:
1. Mr. Deepak Sharma S/o Sh. C L Sharma, promoter and Managing Director of the Company, has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board.
2. Mr. Deepak Sharma, subject to approval of Shareholders, has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company.
