We are approved vender of this company, knowing since last 30 years.
this equity comes down bcoz, Amcol International wants, now w.e.f. 1st October, 08, deal finalised, AMCOL needs more stacks in open market.

I think, you are absolutely correct, company having less equity & also very strong financial position.
Recently company announced big project with Adani.
