Gkw Ltd has informed the Exchange that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on August 29, 2008 the Directors decided not to recommend dividend on equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2008. Further they informed the Exchange that for the purpose of holding the next Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company on September 30, 2008, the Register of Members will remain closed from September 22, 2008 to September 30, 2008, both days inclusive.
