There's no perfect valuation metric for houses, but two measures--price-to-rent and price-to-income--are the best we know of. A quick glance at recent charts of both reveals how expensive house prices still are....

Sobha Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Company enters in Real Estate Project "Sobha Scarlet" in Mysore on August 29, 2008. This will be developed in 14.2 acres of Land. possibility of delisting ashiana housing

Hi! i hold 200 shares of ashiana housing @ 140 levels. There is news from within the management that the mgmt people are thinking of delisting the shares from all exchanges. Can anyone please suggest me what to do? I can wait for 3-6 months. Will the share stop trading once the delisting procedure is over? What happens if i dont sell it now??
Am just wondering the effects of delisting.. valuation of sobha in comparison to ashiana is almost double.
Pls inform as it is big money involved,
