RCOM has its share of bounce today, thnxs sir. hdil showing weakness. and tata steel when market dipped 400 odd points yesterday discounted only 5-6 rps, whereas today 200 odd and above on sensex, it again shows 4-5 rps bounce. can yu explain what lies in this phenomenon. Even icici only 4-5 rps bounce. why such a resistance.
Is today uncovering of their positions as to why market is up, or its a rally on the upswing ?. very skeptic looking behaviour....

Rcom is ok for short term. HDIL also can recover within a week. But do not make any long-term buying as good opportunity will arise next month (December)

thank you sir, for your replies. i really appreciate it a lot. I have vested interests in Rcom, hdil and sesa goa. Can you guide me about that. Am planning to open some fresh positions with adlabs, kingfisher, idfc.... response awaited.

Hi Varner,
It is really very easy to give the lower targets now a days, and it has to have lot of gutts to give some positives in the current market situation and I still say keep on accumulating it on dips, will create wealth for generations....

How long is it going to take for such a level, but it is definetely a buy in small lots at CMP and definetely on dips.

KARUNAS-All I can say is that right now,Cash is being more valued then a Stock!!So wellcome to a world of"Sellers"!!They need Cash and so they sell at any price!!So dont expect any action untill this insane selling gets over and out!

Currently all the investment allocations are exhausting by buy on dips as every day there are new lows.
When The market is expected to stablize?
One just cannot keep on averaging the cost every day.
Now it may be a limit for investment, no rotation can be done under the fear that the market may reverse any time and then the second thought comes into mind that the market cannot recover before the Lok Shabha pols due in Mid 2009.

well, still no one knows the depth of the prob. So the market will be volatile. Once we know the depth and say we are going to see in an up turn in 6-18 months, then of course the markets will be in an oversold state and it will quickly move to the correct value (mostly upside). So the right strategy is to buy on dips. it may take a few more months to understand the depth.

Through out one has to be glued to the moniter, which only a professional may be able to achieve this if the market turns as it has behaved last week.

I note one thing that from July-07 on wards whenever market rally ADAG Group stock move up very fast. Similarlly whenever market down the ADAG Group stock fall rapidaly. Some one playing very smart game.
On ADLABS, I think company`s buisness module is very good. India have bright future in entertainment buisness. Once FII`S panic selling completed, Indian market will pull back very fast.
