Seeing a 2% jump, dont get excited in this bear market. People will squeeze that profit.Let us buy at Rs.10.00 to 11 Rs. All stocks are available at "sadela machi ka price". Let us wait for a buy at 11, the fair price in the present condition. 0.66 x 15 times of eps. i.e: Rs.9.90 which will hit shortly if DOW breaks again which foreign news reads as to bottom at 5,700/-, a 1931 level of U.S. g7 bail outs are hoax, all know the conditions in U.S....

With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 07, 2008 regarding the Company has divested its entire equity holding in GVK Aviation Pvt. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, which is engaged in the business of aviation, owning and chartering of private aircrafts and helicopters, GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company understand that the above disclosure is being wrongly perceived as divestment of equity by GVK in Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd, a SPV formed for operating, managing and developing the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai.

In this regard, the Company clarify and confirm that GVK continues to hold 37% equity in Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd....

This clarification is also not very clear from GVK. GVK continues to hold 37% in CSIA means GVK PIL or just GVK promoters?...
