1. The Board recommended for the payment of dividend @ 20% of face value of equity shares (i.e. Rs 2 per share).

Hi Friends,
It looks like this share will move up soon..downside is limited.. Volumes are drying up..Total shares traded today are about 300 on both the exchanges with a delivery % of 88% on bse.. The promoters have bought shares in july in an open market purchase..This shows they are optimistic about the future..
The company has free reserves of about 196 crores which makes it a bonus candidate.The Book Value is 122.93. The Return on networth is 40.62%..Last Year Eps Was about 54 rs.. This Quarter it has posted about 20 rs.. Would like to know the opinion of other boarders..
