Kohinoor Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 08, 2008, has allotted 4,30,959 (Four Lac thirty thousand nine hundred and fifty nine only) shares to a Bond holder of the Company, at a conversion price of Rs 76/- per shares in terms of the offering circular upon conversion of FCCB....

why not temptation food is not valid to acquire company when promoter not increasing their share to 51% which is necessary to have any company in their hand. I think court should ok takeover if this issue arise in court. a very stong valid point....

Look at Kohinoor foods and other foods, rei agro and other overseas company trading at from strong buy at 124 level to 800 rs. Lt foods having strong fundamental with less equity ratio will jump fast and will be trading with kohinoor foods aroung target from 230 level to upward in short to medium term. Both company very strong and takeover is possible....

Kohinoor Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the notified Annual General Meeting (AGM) which was scheduled to be held on September 27, 2008 has been deferred sine die by Company Law Board, New Delhi bench vide its Order dated September 18, 2008 during the course of hearing in the matter of Kohinoor Foods Ltd Vs. M/s. Temptation Foods Ltd & Others.

The next hearing will take place on October 22, 2008. The Company shall inform the date of deferred Annual General Meeting in due course.
