At 2:27 pm, Indiabulls Real Estate was quoting at Rs 292.85, down Rs 23, or 7.28%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 323 and an intraday low of Rs 290.30. It was trading with volumes of 1,060,307 shares. Yesterday the share closed up 1.53% or Rs 4.75 at Rs 315.85.

u will get 54000.00rs devidend
27th is ex dividend date
buy ibsecurities with that amount at lower level
and hold till 2011,it is also higher dividend yield

ya u r absoultly right it will touch 400. and +ve thing is from tomarrow it will come in f&o segment. i think investors will take huge positions in this counter. pls suggest to all of them buy its good pick.its all time high is 800 +. its very cheap price acc to company's fundament.which r paying 13.5 rs dividend to invester....

Entitlement of Dividend :- (Copy from the Company's Website) "The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, July 30, 2008, has decided to convene the Second Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholders of the Company on Friday, September 5, 2008.
Pursuant to Clause 16 of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchange, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed during the period from August 29, 2008 to September 5, 2008 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of (a) the AGM and (b) to determine the names of the shareholders eligible for payment of dividend @ Rs. 13.50 per Equity share (i.e. 675% on the face value of Rs. 2/- per Equity share) for the Financial Year 2007-08, as recommended by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 12, 2008. IBREALEST is going to pay Rs.13.50 per share and Ex-Dividend date is 27th August,2008 & this stock has included in `Future & Option' list from 21st August,2008 so it will Cross Rs. 400/- within a month easily, buy it now. Lucky_star

IB wholesle and Trumart(IB Mart): project is dissolved. All employees are FIRED without any salary and notice. Today also, may fire all Piramyd employees.26 goons are outside IB retail office in Lower parel, giving termination letters to employees. Dont see anty future with this company...GOD only save them and hope employees find jobs ASAP.

All companies have certain policies and have to take dicisions with regrds to the business regardless of whether some employees like it or not. Even in the call centre industry recently 500 people lost their jobs so does that man the company is unfaithfull. Retail industry is a growing industry and i'm sure if people have lost their jobs there are ample opportunities awaiting them.
