Enam Securities Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd (Acquirer) has issued this corrigendum to the Public Announcement ("PA") to the Equity Shareholders of Apollo Sindhoori Capital Investments Ltd ("Target Company"), which is continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement (PA) dated August 30, 2008 & Published on September 01, 2008 pursuant to & in compliance with Regulation 10 & Regulation 12 & other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 & Subsequent amendments thereto ("SEBI (SAST) Regulations " or "Regulations").
The shareholders of the Target Company are requested to kindly note the following:
Pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement dated August 28, 2008, the Acquirer has nominated the following representatives to the Board of the Target Company subject to necessary approvals.
1. Shri Pankaj J Razdan
2. Shri Kanwar Vivek
The above persons have been appointed as Additional Directors of the Target Company in their Board Meeting of September 23, 2008 subject to necessary approvals.
