Entegra Limited has informed the Exchange that the Members of the Allotment committee of the Company in its Meeting held on September 10, 2008 has considered and approved the Basis of Allotment & the Allotment of equity shares of Rights Issue. Further the Company has informed that consequent to allotment of Right Issue shares Entegra Limited has become subsidiary of MW Infra Developers Private Limited (Formerly known as MW Infraholdings Private Limited)....
