Some insider got the news that the company might get one of the dharavi development project,bought the stock at Rs.765/- levels. well rest is history, the stock is down to half. Don't believe anybody these days, i started my own research since last 5 months on all the stocks i possess, reading books and various reports, well they say it's never to late & guess what i found some thing very interesting about HDIL. The company has recently completed building it's mall project in mumbai suburbs. i personally visited the mall and found out that the company is foraying into entertainment business of Multiplexes named Kulraj Broadway. Even there is news of the company getting into power projects. the above in 1-2yrs time will definitely reflect in +ve earnings besides it's various construction projects. Even some big brokerage houses are bullish on the stock and the MF's are accumulating on these levels, So hang on there as we all are here to make profits not losses.
