Price : BSE: Rs 277.95 ( 0.93 % ), NSE: Rs. 278.15 ( 1.11 % )
It\\`s likely that Govt. approval by Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs(CCEA)will be OK in the meeting slated for tomorrow. With this final decks will be cleared for investment by Volvo in the JV Company. Actual closings will be done and money will flow to Eicher Motors. JV is likely to come into operation with effect from 1st July 2008. Now SEBI\\`s nod will be awaited for buy-back @ 691.68 per share. Cheers !!!!!!!!
