Price : BSE: Rs 358.20 ( -6.79 % ), NSE: Rs. 357.95 ( -5.74 % )
Suprising that the stock has fallen down, some salient features from the JV is mentioned below
1) The joint venture will be consolidated with the financials of EML
2) Buy back consideration at 691.68
3) Exclusive distribution rights for Volvo truck products
4) Eicher's trucks and buses to be exported through Volvo's global network
5) Likely start date of JVC is July 1st2008

with all these in place it is sure to touch the sub 700 mark within 2 months.So even if you have bought the stock at higher levels, my suggestion is to HOLD ON as your indifference to the market volatility will be rewarded
