I dont understand why people set short term targets for a long term stock that too based on newspaper stories.

One important even not many people who are tracking power sector are not probably factoring:::

NTPC to tap SEZ power 8/29/2008 -buy before it zooms to Rs.250+ Power shortages at their SEZs has led realty firms to tap the expertise of power major NTPC to set up captive power plants. Sources in Ansal, Unitech and Parsvnath say that they have signed an MOU with NTPC for captive gas-based power projects of up to 50 MW. NTPC may source gas from Gail. The SEZs would be in Greater Noida, Indore, Dehradun and Gurgaon. Experts say this is a win - win for everybody as realty players need cheap and clean energy and NTPC gets the benefit of tax SOPs in SEZs.
