Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited had informed the Exchange regarding the Board meeting to be held on September 30, 2008, for acceptance of Conversion opted by holders of FCCBs and for listing of the Equity shares on Exchanges so converted from the Bonds. Now the Company has informed the Exchange that meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on September 30, 2008 has been adjourned due to lack of quorum....
