I totally agree, salary being increased in such a scenario ? While the public is losing money... with the stock falling from a high of Rs 100.15. The stock has lost more than 83%.....

what is the use...this stock is continously failing...any hopes of growing or will this share get delisted from the market...

B.A.G Films And Media Limited has submitted a copy of General Notice published U/s 640 B of the Companies Act, 1956 for increase in remuneration of Chairman Cum Managing Director of the Company. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/Common/Corporate Announcements).
