Morgan Stanley India Company Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of Mindtree Ltd ("Acquirer") has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the shareholders of Aztecsoft ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement ("PA") published on May 05, 2008, the Corrigendum to the PA published on May 16, 2008 and the first supplementary Public announcement published on May 31, 2008, pursuant to and in compliance with, among others, Regulation 10 & 12 of Chapter III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 1997, and subsequent amendments thereto ("SEBI Takeover Regulations")
