Morepen Laboratories Ltd has informed the Exchange that the auditors have conducted the limited review of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 and found the same to be in order subject to certain observations. The auditors observations are: The non provision of interest for the quarter amounting to Rs. 307.76 lacs due on fixed deposits from public as a result the figure of loss for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 is under stated by Rs. 307.76 lacs....
