What can you expect from a promoter, who buys his own shares 7 days before results. And has been accused of insider trading and fined 7 Lakhs by SEBI. The pity is our regulator doe snot have criminal authority. Any promoter who indulges in insider trading should be behind bars.
Promoter makes declaration of getting into realty sector to pump prime stock!

I feel it is a good company with not so good managemnt from the shareholders point of view. it has no history of providng good returns to shareholders. it's plan of buyback, what happen to that? no news or comment on it by management. what this stock will do only god knows. a pure speculative stock. beware of it. ...
