One doubt about filing returns.

I just finished copying pasting my contract notes one below the other, included a column for date and calculated the profit and loss. Can i submit it like this as an excel sheet or should i show the printed contract notes as well? I also included one column for the contract note number against each day's trade, one column for ST, one column for STTand one for Stamp duty against each day's trade.

I went about this way

I downloaded the contract note as a HTML document and saved it on desktop. I copied only the table portion of the contract note with the rows and columns and pasted it in an excel file one below the other. I added the ST, STT, Stamp duty manually in three columns and now am ready to submit it.. but how do i submit it online for online returns? And of course the digital signature how do i go about that?Thanks in advance.
